Shipping

I ship to United States and European countries.

All US orders are shipped by Amazon (Fulfillment By Amazon service) from the US with USPS (3 to 5 business days).

All EU orders are shipped from Poland with FedEx International Economy.

Delivery time

You can calculate total delivery time using following formulas:

Delivery-Day = Shipment-Day + Carrier-Delivery-Time

Shipment-Day is the day when we ship your order and carrier starts delivering. It is shown on a product page, in an "Availability" field. Usually it is "next 3 business days", but sometimes may be "next 4 business days" or similar.

Carrier-Delivery-Time is the time carrier needs to deliver your order, since it was shipped on Shipment-Day. For USPS and FedEx it is 3 to 5 business days.

So, if you place your order on Monday, the 1st, and the Shipment-Day is "next 3 business days", the optimistic total order fulfillment time is:

Delivery-Day = Tuesday + 3 business days = Friday, the 5th.

And the pessimistic total order fulfillment time is:

Delivery-Day = Thursday + 5 business days = Thursday, the 11th.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full product price refund. 

Please note, that:

1. Shipping fees,
2. Customs duties,
3. Products with custom stitching colors,
4. Products customized in any other way (initials embossed etc.).

are not subject to refund.

If you want to return Aligata product, please follow the simple procedure:

1. E-mail me at tom@aligata.com and notify about your will to return.
2. Put the item into well packed, stiff cardboard box with some filler inside, so that the product does not shift in the parcel.
3. Make a clear notice on the box and in the shipment documents, that this parcel is a return of some previously purchased item.
4. Ship the parcel with some insured carrier (USPS is Ok). Use the address at the top of this page for shipping.
5. E-mail me once you ship it. I will make a refund to your PayPal account then.
