This product is handmade by request.

Product Description

Black, stain proof and uniform

Pure elegance

Beautiful weekend bag, handmade of premium, thick, natural grain, undyed bovine leather. It has clean, extremely elegant look.

Probably you have never seen such a beautiful, elegant and durable weekend bag. It is perfect for not too long journeys.

Best material available

The Bag is made of premium bovine leaather, 3 - 4 mm (0.12 - 0.16 in.) thick. The surface is natural grain (unmodified). The tanning process is totally natural, plant.

Dimensions

Very spacious, 480 mm width, 310 mm height, 250 mm deep (19'' x 12'' x 10'').

When you pack it, unfasten the two side buckles. The bag is a little bigger then, 480 mm width, 360 mm height, 250 mm deep (19'' x 14.2'' x 10'').

Weight

This Weekend Bag is entirely made of premium, thick bovine leather. It weights almost 1.9 kg (4.2 LBS). Since the leather is natural grain, the weight may vary +/- 10%.

Leather treatment

You can protect, darken and soften a little Nippon and Nude Beauty cases with neatsfoot oil or leather grease. You can also clean these cases with glycerin soap. Please, read the full Nippon and Nude Beauty leather treatment article on Aligata blog.

This Aligata product is handmade of natural grain bovine leather. Natural / full grain means, that the surface of the leather is not artificially corrected in any way. You can tell it by many small imperfections, glitches, little scars on the surface. Generally, if you see a leather product which surface is perfect, this is 99% not natural grain. Take a closer look. You will see on Aligata products the lines, where the cow bent its neck!

You can see (if you get really close) very small holes in the leather. These are the places, where horseflies bit the cow's neck! Seriously.

Each Aligata product is unique. There are no two exactly the same!

A note on taxes and customs duties

Please note, that:

When shipping to the US there will be approximately 8% customs duty charge, because the value of the product exceeds $250.

When shipping to Canada, there will be some customs duty charge, but I cannot tell precisely, how much will it be. Please, contact your local customs office for details.

When shipping to European Union countries, the price will be automatically increased by 23% because of VAT tax, which has to be payed.
